Our client is the leading pump and pumping system rental provider. Due to continued development on the local market, we are now looking for a professional for the role of:

 

Sales Director

Place of work: Warsaw

Area of Responsibility: Poland

 

Main role: responsible for all branches results and sales performance. Is a direct manager to the whole sales team. His direct manager is the CEO in Poland.

Responsibilities:

* Build & Execute Sales Growth Plans
* Team motivation through cooperation, communication, training, coaching and dialogue
* Ensuring proper competencies through training and practical experience, setting targets, regular follow-up
* Employee development plan and improving efficiency of sales activities
* Realization of internal information and workshop meetings
* Establishing priorities, analyzing results, action planning: short term (daily-weekly) and long term (monthly-yearly) eliminating cause of inconsistencies
* Recruitment of employees
* Monitoring potential business leads all over Poland and checking if the sales team is aware of such opportunities (“if we are where we should be”)
* Creating and controlling the pricing policy
* Systematization of sales activities in PipeDrive (CRM system), generating reports, statistics
* Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting within agreed deadlines (opportunity management, daily work plans, key account activities, market trends, competitive analysis)
* Actively seeking for new business opportunities with growth potential
* Constantly refine strategy and sales materials based on customer feedback and market trends
* Developing marketing activities, ensuring positive company image including online (webpage, positioning), cooperating with external agencies
* Leading trade negotiations with key accounts and supervision if the agreements are properly executed at later stages
* Building-up and keeping in shape long-term relations with the company’s business partners
* Sourcing new key clients as well as exploiting new sales channels on top of careful sustaining existing sales networks
* Representing the Company on relevant fairs, conferences, exhibitions
* Maintaining market knowledge and competitor analysis
* Being functionally subordinated to Group sales

Requirements:

* Higher Education
* Minimum 3 years of adequate experience in working in technical branch – preferably rental services market
* Experience in sales team management, ideally in multibranched structure
* Successful experience in B2B sales
* Knowledge of English, which enables cooperation within the corporation and contacts with potential customers
* Born-leader attitude and personality with a high level of interpersonal skills: convincing communication, trade negotiations, sales know-how
* Management skills are top priority
* Professional approach and self-discipline in organizing their own work-flow as well as in setting-up and executing objectives (quantitative & qualitative) for team members
* Ability to make price calculations, proposals, and presentations
* Experience in conducting the customer acquisition process from A to Z
* Ability to establish and build long-term relationships with customers
* Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develops constructive and positive working relations with subordinates
* Ability to achieve high-level results within a challenging customer environment
* Strong planning, analyzing, organization and communication skills
* The gift of persuasion, target orientation
* Coaching and leadership skills
* Resistance to stress
* Valid driving license B-category and readiness to frequently travel on business
