Place of work: Warsaw
- full management of all business processes of the Polish subsidiary: sales, finance, logistics, marketing, HR
- managing, motivating and coaching the sales team consisting of Regional Sales Representatives who are actively developing the business in the industrial market in Poland
- full responsibility for the budget and P&L
- managing the Polish team up to 15 people (sales, administration, logistics)
- creating sales and marketing strategy for the Polish market
- representing the company at meetings with Key Accounts from the industrial market, building relations
- monitoring and analyzing the competitor market
- developing existing products and introducing new solutions by cooperation with the R&D department at HQ
- developing strategies focused on developing new clients/business opportunities in niche industrial sectors
- conducting business reviews and account development activities with the sales team
- cooperating with external accounting office and logistics supplier
- reporting directly to MD of mother company and in matrix to the Industrial Business Area Directors at HQ (communication in English)
- Close cooperation with the R&D and Industrial department at HQ
- working actively in the whole of Poland, key account meetings, project management, brand promotion
- minimum 3 years’ work experience in sales management with documented success
- experience in industrial business in an international company
- ability to lead value-based B2B sales at key account level
- strong strategic thinking and action/result oriented, growth seeking
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills supported by hands-on and proactive attitude
- good understanding of project management and excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- commitment to teamwork, co-operation and international outlook and cultural sensitivity
- fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- good interaction and networking skills
- experience in working in an international environment will be a strong advantage
