For our Client, global premium brand, manufacturer of high quality home appliances, due to the continued dynamic growth, we are looking for a competent individual for the position of:
HR Business Partner
Place of work: Warsaw office + home office, hybrid
In your role you will deliver day to day operational HR support to managers and employees, act as local Business Partner to the Managing Director and management team and implement consistent HR processes and best practices in all HR fields (Recruiting, Employer Branding, Comp&Ben, Talent Management, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for delivering HR services from A to Z and responding proactively to the requests of line managers and employees in Poland
• Acting as strong business partner to the Managing Director and Polish Management team
• Ensuring the legal compliance with Polish labour & GDPR & safety law
• In cooperation with Regional HR Director setting up an HR Strategy/Roadmap/calendar; assessing risks of the transformation from HR perspective
• Defining and implementation of crucial global and local HR processes in Poland
• Implementing and streamlining HR processes and tools: Employer branding, Recruitment, On-boarding, Off-boarding & exit, HR controlling & budgeting, Job descriptions, Payroll, Salary & benefits & rewards policy, Engagement and employee communication, CSR, Development & training, Annual performance management, Talent management
• First contact point for HR issues.
• Ensuring a 360 degree annual HR cycle including all major HR topics
• Active Change Agent, supporting company transformations and ensuring proper communication, acting as best example of cooperation and company culture
Requirements:
• University degree and +10 years of HR expertise, preferably with a commercial angle
• Seniority and influencing skills in a change management environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem solver, self-motivated, hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of local labor law and experience in change management, working in matrix
• Excellent communication and presentations skills both in local language and in English
