Technical Sales Representative
Place of work: Home-Office
Area of Responsibility: Poland
Responsibilities:
* Actively seeking for new business opportunities with growth potential in uv-cured coatings using industry
* Responsible for building growth and customer base, supported by the team in Headquarters
* Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with customers
* Preparing quotations and negotiating with customers
* Participate in business/sales meetings with clients (travelling over 50% of the time)
* Providing product training for customers
* Representing the Company on relevant exhibitions
* Maintaining market knowledge and competitor analysis
Requirements:
* A successfully completed apprenticeship or a degree with a technical and/or business background
* 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of technical/industrial products (coatings, spraying guns and rolling machines)
* Knowledge and understanding of the field of coating application like roller coating and spraying
* Demonstrated success in a highly collaborative environment with very good English/German written and oral communications skills
* Fluent in Polish
* Pronounced partner orientation and existed network
* Action-oriented and innovative
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develop constructive and positive working relations with peers, customers and subordinates
* Ability to achieve high-level results within a challenging customer environment
* Strong planning, organization and communication skills
* The gift of persuasion, target orientation
* Resistance to stress
* Strong business culture
* Readiness for frequent business trips
* Active driving license category B
