Our Client is a European provider of solutions for case solutions for the most demanding markets. Due to further growth of the Company in Poland, we are now looking for a Professional for the role of:

 

Sales Representative

Place of work: home-office

Area of Responsibility: Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia

 

Core of the Role: Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for business development and promotion of different product categories.

 

Responsibilities:

* Proactively seek new business opportunities by establishing new customers and working with existing customer base.
* Develop and expand distribution network.
* Work closely on sales projects with distributors, dealers and OEM customers.
* Visit dealers, end-users and OEM’s to perform product training
* Meet with resellers to determine commercial activity in the area, review status of current sales efforts, resolve problems, ensure sales and marketing goals are being achieved.
* Receive inbound sales calls from potential customers, conduct on-site visits and assist with preparation of proposals and quotations
* Represent the Company at trade shows involving, but not limited to, stand set-up/tear-down, recording leads and providing product information. Find competitive product information, learn strategies of competition, cultivate relationships with potential strategic business partners, and build market/industry knowledge to be able to answer comparative questions by customers.
* Perform telemarketing duties and research on potential clients by contacting resellers and/or potential end-users and OEM’s.
* Update customer database (CRM) and document customer-related activity.
* When required, liaise with internal manufacturing and operations personnel based in Europe and United States to ensure timely delivery of projects. Proactively communicate project status to customer.
* Assist Finance and Operations Departments in resolving customer issues proactively and quickly as needed.

 

Requirements:

* Bachelor or University Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent technical field desired but not essential.
* Minimum 2-3 years sales experience with track record in meeting/exceeding budget.
* Sales experience with industrial, commercial or military distribution would be preferable.
* Ability to effectively close deals and manage sales cycles of varied length depending on the project.
* Ability to quickly learn technical aspects of the Company’s products and specific markets relating to them.
* Strong written and oral communication skills - ability to communicate technical sales information clearly and concisely.
* Public speaking and presentation skills essential.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Fluent in spoken and written English, any other language would be considered a plus.
* Valid driver’s license.
* SAP and/or Salesforce (or similar) experience in use appreciated.
* Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.
* Must have the ability to complete assignments within the timeframe specified by the Manager.
* Must be flexible regarding working hours.
* Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* The candidate must be able to travel within designated area on a regular basis for 2-3 days a week and 2-3 weeks per month.
