Due to continued development on the local market, we are now looking for a professional for the role of:
Key Account Manager
Place of work: North Warsaw
Area of Responsibility: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavian countries, Poland
Responsibilities:
* Maintain relationships and be overall point of contact to all customers
* Perform market research and business development in the market
* Develop and execute account targets and actions
* Secure a long term project pipeline
* Understand the customers’ needs for Iron casting, Machining and technical challenges
* Perform key account management & visit reports on a frequent basis
* Participation in regular sales meetings at headquarters
* Participation in conferences and exhibitions
* Secure compliance with internal processes and guidelines
Requirements:
* Higher Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
* 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales (machining), production environment is a must
* Demonstrated success in a highly collaborative environment with excellent English written and oral communications skills
* Advanced German will be an advantange
* Proven experience in a technical product manufacturing environment, foundry/machining experience, steel /aluminum environment
* Knowledge of sales specifics to companies from the heavy production industry
* Action-oriented and innovative
* Project management experience and a solid technical understanding
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develop constructive and positive working relations with peers, customers and subordinates
* Ability to achieve high-level results within a challenging customer environment
* Strong planning, organization and communication skills
* The gift of persuasion, target orientation
* Resistance to stress (a lot of projects carried out at one time, fast pace of work, frequent seminars, presentations for clients)
* Strong business culture
* Readiness for frequent business trips
* Active driving license category B
