Security Specialist
Place of work: Cracow
Responsibilities:
* To ensure the ERT/IMP (Emergency Response Team/Incident Management Plan) is current and meets the current needs of the business,
* To prepare documentation for use by security personnel employed on the company premises.
* Recruitment of security personnel in conjunction with the Security/Risk Manager
* To ensure continual Training of staff, Arranging venues and training providers and deliver training in-house (if appropriate)
* To Coordinate locally with stakeholders, local authorities, emergency services and external service providers
* Gather and analyse data either self-gathered or through vendors to ensure service delivery is maintained at an acceptable standard
* To have effective Communication with Partners/vendors/management at all levels
* To facilitate meetings with line manager and team members.
* To ensure effective tracking of documents
* To facilitate Alignment with peers
* To facilitate Business Unit consultations
* To be able to complete comprehensive physical assessments or audits both locally and remotely
* To develop and conduct incident drills, evaluate the results and report the findings to the company.
* To be able to provide strategic collaboration, ensuring efficient communications and processes between the teams.
Responsibilities in relation to the provision of Local Response Unit (LRU) Services:
* To carry out Finance tracking & reporting on cost implications and budgetary
* Maintain a Scorecard of data analysis measured against Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
* Manage the vendor’s services, complete reports, ensure rostering is completed to ensure requirements are adequately met, issue access passes and monitor staff churn rates and track trends.
Additional tasks:
* To fully support the responsibilities of the corporate investigations business, within the geographic scope of their area of operation
* To provide training to supervisors in relation to case management
* To carry out random/planned Systems Audits to ensure continued
* To carry out Site Surveys and Risk Assessments at periodic
* To carry out SIM (Site Information Manager) data checks
* To maintain Project liaison with other participants
* To ensure the issue/removal of identity/access control cards is managed ensuring adequate supply cards and maintenance of the system, ensuring the system is constantly up to date.
* To occasionally travel to other sites as and when necessary to carry out duties as determined or required.
* Lobby Ambassador Certification support
* To provide LSP (Local Service Provider) management and Advisory Support
* Carry out Local security programmes support
* To investigate system changes in relation to remote service requests
* Confirm with WPR System build-as plans
* To carryout site assessments and audits in relation to security and support of new system installations
Requirements:
* Higher level education
* 5 years practical experience in similar role, preferably within an international organization
* Very good English is a must
* Practical knowledge of security systems, issues of protection / physical security
* Proficiency in developing procedures and improving processes in the field of security
* Conducting investigations and controlling the clarification of incidents
* Ability to conduct creative training in the field of threats
* Perceptiveness, precise determination of potential threats, developed analytical skills
* Reliability, high level of commitment and good organization of work
* Ability to work effectively under time pressure
* Willingness to travel as required
* Ability to work in a large team
* Decision making and negotiation skills
* No criminal record
