Our client is a top global motorcycle manufacturer. Due to continued development of the sales office in Warsaw, we are now looking for an experienced professional for the role of:
Logistic Coordinator (Sales Department)
Place of work: Warsaw, (50 % office, 50 % home office)
Responsibilities:
- responsibility for the Sales Department logistic activities on the PL market
- coordinating product flow (vehicles), dealer stock and department support of vehicle sales activities
- coordinating the proper product transfer among local dealer network in Poland
- providing logistic and report support for the local dealers staff and representatives
- maintaining calendar of deliveries and availabilities both for the dealers and product departments - updating them on daily basis
- setting up correct system codes/prices/margins/discount/payment terms
- coordinating product transfers. Confirming dealer orders and controlling the stage of delivery. Issuing sales documents. Receiving inputs from dealers and using them as a base for logistic process improvement.
- monitoring dealer stock and bonus system on monthly basis
- inventory control maintenance at the dealership and country levels
- maintaining product reservation system for dealers on daily basis
- compiling and analyzing dealer sales results on monthly basis per product groups – monthly sales rankings (Excel)
- cooperation with the European head office
Requirements:
- minimum 2-3 years’ experience on a similar position (logistics, delivery, distribution sales, customer support)
- knowledge in the field of automotive and motorcycle industry will be a big plus but is not a must, we are open for competent candidates from any sector
- Excel on advanced level – a must
- good knowledge of English – written and spoken (cooperation with European headquarter on daily basis)
- ability to build and maintain effective and easy-going relationships with dealers and company sales team
- very good self-organization
- open personality
