Marketing Manager Poland – Workplace Solutions

Overall Profile:
Responsible for the development and delivery of the omni-channel marketing strategy based on the overall company strategy
Development and growth of the overall customer base and KPI's across digital, printed and voice touch points (including activity, churn, loyalty, share of wallet and formulating action plans to grow these metrics.)
Developing concepts to acquire new customers and retaining the existing customer base stable is a core activity
The Marketing Manager drives both customer development and budget planning initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
* Create Marketing communication on interstitial offline pages & books as well as effectively bringing across the value proposition, service advantages and marketing programs through the online channels (like SEA, SEO, email, and social media).
* End-to-end process management of all marketing activities, operational management of marketing budgets and organizing relevant activities to manage the complete customer lifecycle.
* Secure a consistent customer experience through all channels, while working in close collaboration with several departments centrally as well as locally.
* Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities
* Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
* Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders, handling a variety of projects for the business and overseeing project management.
* Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
* Carry out risk assessment when taking on new customer accounts
* Develop and execute comprehensive Customer & Lifecycle Marketing Strategies to support overall customer base growth and enhance customer lifecycle metrics.
* Plan, develop and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns, including Nursery and Lapsing campaigns, to acquire and retain customers effectively.
* Collaborate closely with Merchandising & Product Marketing Department to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings.
* Lead the annual budget cycle process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and measure ROI of prior investments.
* Translate annual Direct Marketing calendars into yearly plans and maintain strategic, tactical and detailed plan schedules.
* Act as a gatekeeper for marketing costs, ensuring all activities stay within budgetary limits.
* Drive optimization of campaign schedules and management systems in line with business objectives and requirements.
* Maintain strong stakeholder management with internal and external partners, including Finance, Senior Management and all Marketing teams.
* Prioritize workload and align resources effectively to ensure delivery of all European and local marketing activities.
Requirements:
* Higher education in Marketing/Business area or relevant marketing experience
* Marketing Management experience within B2B / B2C reselling industry (mail order, catalogue and web) is required
* Expertise in customer lifecycle management, marketing strategy and budget planning to drive business growth and efficiency.
* Ability to work independently, as well as within a regional team organization
* Team management experience with the ability to evidence successful coaching and development through identifying individual strengths and motivations
* Experience in creating, delivering and achieving/exceeding targets and KPIs on a regular basis
* Proven experience in interacting with customers at board level on contract negotiations, problem solving and conflict resolution
* Fluent English is a must
* Available to travel
* Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
* Excellent business acumen, with P&L and financial forecasting competency
* Dynamic decision maker, self-committed and with capacity to analyze and synthesize
