Our client is global leader in high pressure hydraulic, industrial tools. Due to continued development on the European market, we are now looking for an experienced professional for the role of:
Customer Service Representative
Place of work: Cracow
Responsibilities:
- responsible for the day-to-day business in the office and managing the order process from start to finish
- a main point of contact for all customers
- managing /coordinating the order process
- preparing & producing professional quotations
- active follow-up of outstanding quotes
- ensuring the systems is updated and maintained; liaising with both internal and external clients
- proactive control of company generated leads, including follow-up and liaising with the sales force and external clients
- generating & checking reports for the status of orders on a regular basis
- progressing outstanding orders on the system
- receiving & responding to all customer complaints & following the customer complaint procedure
- liaising with the accounts department regarding customer credit issues
- managing office phone calls in coordination with the other team members of the Customer Service
- supporting the Customer Service Supervisor with his/her reporting tasks and providing him/her actual & relevant data, information and graphics
- ensuring all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participating to safety awareness and improvement
- all other activities related to the day-to-day business or to improve the business
- reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor (in English)
Requirements:
- a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, commercial acumen is needed
- technical affinity would be a plus
- languages: English - essential advanced oral & written, other languages are benefit
- strong interpersonal skills, works and communicates well with internal colleagues and external customers
- energetic and proactive initiator; must present a professional and articulate image
- able to work to deadlines; excellent organizational skills
- works well with minimal supervision; self-discipline and motivation
- good working knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of a CRM package is beneficial
