Due to the dynamic development, we are looking for a professional to take on the new challenging role of:
SALES MANAGER – SEA FREIGHT
Place of work: home office (Poland) + travelling to clients
As liner agency company offers a wide range of logistic solutions for cargoes, starting from cars and commercial vehicles, construction materials, various IMO classes, mining and agricultural machinery to various breakbulk products and containers.
Responsibilities:
• Business Development: You will take the lead in expanding the sea freight segment (FCL/LCL, import/export, RoRo) in Poland
• Customer Acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients will be a key part of your role.
• Carrier Relations: You will identify and expand a strong partner network, including shipping lines, agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: You monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and ensure sustainable growth.
• Process Optimization: You will design and optimize processes for sea freight operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Your profile:
• Experience: You have several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in sea freight within a freight forwarding company.
• Network: You have an existing, relevant network with shipping lines and customers in the sea freight industry.
• Sales Skills: You possess strong sales and acquisition abilities as well as negotiation expertise.
• Method of working: You work in a structured, self-driven manner and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Language skills: You have very good written and spoken English.
