Due to continued growth and the establishment of a new office in Poland we are now looking for an experienced finance professional with a passion for human resources for the challenging, independent role of:
Finance and HR Manager
Warsaw
Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for finance and HR at the local branch in Poland (currently < 10 employees)
* Cooperation with external accounting/payroll partner, ensuring proper adherence to local finance, tax and accounting regulations, reporting to local government bodies (tax - US, social services - ZUS, statistics offices - GUS, etc.)
* Financial controlling and analysis, preparation of monthly reviews for division managers and HQ
* Act as a business partner, ensuring access to accurate and timely analysis and reports for managers
* Preparation and monitoring of annual budget, cost controlling, spend/cashflow calculation, forecasting and planning for local branch
* Responsibility for entity legal compliance, ensuring adherence to labor code regulations, cooperation with external legal and audit experts
* Finance reporting to Poland General Manager and Head of Finance at HQ
* Support the HR Manager at HQ – local HR administration & office management tasks, new employee hiring and introduction, coordinate and implement HR standards and procedures locally, assist local general manager with setting up office, admin duties (ensuring supplies, expenditures, correspondence etc.)
* Support with other HR functions like training and development, cooperation with external partners
Requirements:
* Higher education in Finance, Economics or similar field
* 2-5 years’ work experience in a similar position, strong finance and accounting skills with HR experience
* Good knowledge of Labor, Tax regulations and Company law
* Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
* Excellent MS office skills, especially – Excel
* High level of responsibility, multi-skilled and good team player
* An analytical and problem-solving mind
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Experience working with ERP systems (exp. 1C, Navision, Axapta), BI tools (exp. MS Power BI)
* Background in commercial/B2B business environment
* Experience in working within an international environment
